“Aria’s overall spaces are inspired by the colors and materials found in the gulf front setting of the building. The lobby grand stair seems to float in space as it spirals to the second floor. Behind it we wanted to capture the movement of sand from warm to light sand tones – A subtle tribute to Naples beaches. The efforts of Southwest Progressive Enterprises, Inc met and exceeded our design challenge with Seamless Stone™ Wall Finishes in a gradient of color application”.

Over 30,000 sq. ft. of exclusive custom patterns were created specifically for this project and were expertly installed in the two main lobby areas including the domes, 17 floors of elevator lobbies along with additional public spaces.

Over 25,000 square feet of a Custom Pitted Stone Finish was selected for wall finishes throughout the new addition to this world class museum.

The custom pitted pattern (with reveals) was chosen not only for its abuse resistance to high volume pedestrian traffic, but also so it would remain unaffected by the sun coming through the glass roof.

The financial institution was looking for a rich and elegant stone finish, which also had a dramatic appearance. The architectural firm decided on using many of our customized installation techniques to achieve this look, which included a custom logo, banding effects using the dragged and smooth patterns along with the panelizing technique using the spatulata finish.

AT&T Executive Conference Center

“The ATT Executive Conference Center at the University of Texas in Austin was a challenging job. Our task was to blend the history and “artifacts from the school’s beginning to a state of the art” conference center with the latest technology from ATT on one of the largest school campus’s. The goal was to create a Texas inspired hotel using native materials. Being a LEED project, reusing trees cut down from site and creating the front desk of the hotel created a true craftsman experience. As a backdrop to the desk, the grand stair and the “seal” from the University, the Seamless Limestone™ specified by Southwest Progressive Enterprises was the perfect material. Hand troweled plaster finishes were used on both the first and second floor creating the Texan look Wilson desired.”
Southwest Progressive Enterprises installed over 72,000 square feet of Seamless Stone™ wall finishes which included ballrooms, hotel lobbies, elevator lobbies, Sports cafe, conference rooms and private dining as well as numerous restaurants and public areas throughout the space.
