Approximately 4,000 square feet of a specialized banding finish was chosen for the LeParc Condominiums, which was installed in the main lobby, elevator lobbies and numerous public areas. The banding technique utilized two custom finishes, one being very smooth and highly polished while the other finish having a contrasting rougher texture.
