through the surface to give a strong directional quality.
In light, neutral colours, this finish has the appearance of natural
stone, reflecting the shear marks found where ancient rocks were
dragged across each other. Used in deep tones the directional effect is
enhanced dramatically. It is a powerful finish, perfect where a strong
directional effect is sought.
